Complaint: On dec 24 I recived a scooter that I had pruchase and it was the wrong color but it was ok for my son. I gave it on Christmas then got a call from him to days later that the bike does not have brakes I called the company and no response back. I also email several times and no response. I took the bike to get checked it came to me that bike brakes were gone. I replaced the brakes at $75.00 for brakes set. I’m not please with the service. Today is the 28 of March 2003 and as I type this letter the bike is with out brakes again. I will be calling my credit card and then my attorny. please help. Cesar n.lauderdale, FloridaU.S.A.
