I ordered a curio cabinet online w this company. Never received email confirmation that order was received. After calling for several days was able to speak w Simone that confirmed my order. My card was charged for purchase. After several months of no word and being unable to contact the co. Via phone, email, fax I called my card co. As I had started to suspect that this wasn’t even a real company. After about a week after my call a rep from the company, Mike, called. I told him if I could get the item that I still wanted it. He blamed the delay on a strike by dock workers then blamed a move and change of personnel at their company for delay. Then said if I had no word from the delivery company that they used by 5-1 to call him. The last call from him was on 4-17. I did call my credit card co to make sure they had reversed the charge back in 4-17. On 5-1 I sent an email to mike after not being able to reach him by phone and he sent me a snarky email about the charge back and stated that the item was finally at the delivery company but he had it shipped back to them without even calling me. I spent from January to May trying to buy this piece of furniture and the best I can describe the experience is a battle. And NC Furniture Group won – they kept their product and I purchased it from another company. I was never able to call anyone at this company. I could only leave a message and sometimes they would call back but most times they would not. I have never dealt with a more disorganized, unprofessional organization in my life. Lots of excuses and no customer service ever. Be careful if you decide to try and purchase anything from this company that goes by several different trade names.
