Do not use I cancelled my membership on 12/29/17, yet they charged my card in January. I called and they said their system does not show a charge. I explained that it needed to be reversed ASAP and the next day it was (even though it was never charged, right?). Today they did it again! Again I called and they are denying the charge, I sent them screenshots clearly showing the charge and called back. They are STILL denying it and asked for my husband’s card # saying it might be on his card. I stated 3 times that his card was never on this account and they still are trying to pull that. I’ve submitted a complaint with the Attorney General’s Consumer Fraud Division.
