Technician came to repair AC. Two hours after he left, the temperature went up a degree. I called him back and was told it would take several hours to go down 1 degree. After 6 hours I contacted the company and was placed on hold for 45 minutes. I have a screen shot of the hold time. I called back and spoke with Raymond. I explained the issue and asked if 6 hours was a reasonable amount of time to expect the temperature to drop 1 degree if the air conditioning was functioning properly. He told me he could not answer that question. I asked him what would be a reasonable amount of time to expect the temperature to drop 1 degree and he told me he wasn’t playing games with me and hung up on me. I called back assuming we were disconnected and was told he hung up on me for asking him stupid questions. I asked who the owner of the company was and he said he is the owner. I asked him why as a customer I am not able to ask questions regarding the service I received and he said because I was asking stupid questions. Clearly this company does not provide quality service repair or customer service. I would not trust this company to do any work. They also are falsely advertising 24/7 emergency service on their website.
