Cannot rate this company low enough – over 4 months chasing them for our refund of $3, 900 USD for a booking that was made 6 months in advance which was then cancelled on us after we made final payment. Group turned up to hotel and were told there was no booking as it was cancelled. Over 40 emails with this company and the excuses and delay tactics to avoid paying the refund is just ridiculous. Head of Operations, Vito Conzalez and Office Manager, Lillya Miller just alternate between sending the excuses. Do not trust them to do the right thing – most unprofessional group!
