After being directed to contact the “Investor” in my home mortgage–Fannie Mae–about the excessive escrow being drawn and deletion of this without the associated fee, I have not heard back from the Level 2 support after leaving two messages and writing a previous email (Wednesday 1/26). Thousands of dollars beyond what was required to-date for escrow payment have been taken into the escrow account to cover taxes–rather than being applied to the mortgage. We were told we could apply for an Escrow Deletion Letter to be sent to the bank that originated our mortgage. Unfortunately they do not respond to email (except to say to call) and when you call, level 2 does not return said calls. We want this escrow deletion fee removed. Anything short of that after all of this time emailing or on the phone would be unacceptable.
