My husband and I placed an order for shoes for our daughter’s homecoming dance. The order was placed on September 2, 2018. We received an order confirmation on September 2, 2018 at 11:21am saying the email served as a receipt with the invoice number. The order was to be shipped UPS. We attempted to track the order, but the link they sent did not work. We tried to view our order online- the link did not work, we tried to view the terms of service to try to cancel the order- this link did not work either. Our money was pulled from our paypal account, so we thought we would wait the 7-14 business days, but we did not receive further emails about our order or the shipment being sent. We have sent several emails and have not received a response. I called the phone number on October 1st, 2018 on the website. An elderly lady answered the phone and said this is her home phone number and she gets several calls a day from people angry about not receiving their order from Everything 4 Pageants. She has also reported this to the phone company but they have not been able to resolve the calls. This is not a legitimate company that is internet based. They are using this elderly lady’s personal home phone number (815) 782-8877, as a contact number for the website! After calling several pageant supply businesses the employees there said they have several customers who have came to their business in crisis due to not receiving their product and needing to scramble to get items needed to compete in a pageant.
