I placed an order for clothing on January 30, 2019 from Colabingo through Instagram. 5 minutes after I was notified by my credit card company that there was an international charge on my account which I instantly looked up the company to see if they were fraudulent and the risk was high on Scam Advisor as they were a Chinese company posing as a Canadian company.I cancelled my order 10 minutes after placing it requesting the charge be removed and they suggested giving me a credit instead. I told them they I wanted my money refunded and this is what I received back from them. They also want to charge me a shipping fee (which is ridiculous) as I cancelled the order).
