Complaint: They took a 2000 dollars deposit and found a way to keep most of it on a 6 month lease. They charged for Changing locks, gardening, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. Repair of shower, painting, and change of locks. Do not rent from these people. They think normal maintenance should be charged to customer. They are out to rip you off!!!!!!
