Thechristmastreestand.com paid $23,501 USD for 831 ‘Fraser Fir Premium Grade’ We were shipped 752 trees which were mostly Balsams. We have photo evidence of the bill, bill of lading, and video evidence of the trees received. 172 of the trees shipped were labeled as Balsam Fir (but no monetary compensation for shipping cheaper trees). About another 300 Balsams had ‘Premium Fraser’ tags on them. BL is not responding requests to straighten out the problems the caused and money owed.
